Meet Carlos!

Meet Narisa!

A collegiate professor turned managing partner of a successful wellness center in Boca Raton, Florida, Narisa found herself overworked and disconnected from friends and her own happiness. Working with K-Life, she learned how to create more space for her True Self to express and make bold decisions in honor and service of her heart!

"The demands of running a business compounded by the subconscious patterns I'd developed over the course of my life caused me to lose track of my Self and my happiness. I took on too much responsibility and repeatedly said "yes" to things that made me cringe and "no" to things that my heart yearned for. On the outside it looked like I had it all but I was miserable.
