Combined Participation Agreement + Movement & Breathwork Waiver

PROGRAM AGREEMENT

By enrolling in The Confidence Code™ (TCC), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. PROGRAM STRUCTURE

The Confidence Code™ is a 6-week transformational experience designed to support nervous system regulation, identity recalibration, and the embodiment of true confidence.

The program includes:

• Six (6) Group NeuroSomatic Recode™ Sessions (live and recorded)

• Freedom in Motion™ Nervous System Reset

• Two (2) Live Immersive Workshops (Forgiveness to Freedom and Reclaiming Joy)

• Reflection prompts, embodiment practices, and integration resources

• Access to private member portal, community, and replays

2. PAYMENT TERMS – PAID IN FULL

You agree to pay the full tuition of $2,500 USD, which grants you access to the complete Confidence Code™ program, resources, and bonuses listed on the enrollment page.

All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Enrollment is considered complete once your full payment has been processed. No additional charges will occur for this program.

Missed, failed, or reversed payments may result in suspension of access to materials, removal from community spaces, and forfeiture of bonuses.

By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and that you are responsible for the full tuition regardless of participation, attendance, or withdrawal.

3. PARTICIPANT COMMITMENT

You agree to engage with the materials, live sessions, and practices to the best of your ability.
While results are not guaranteed, transformation is most likely to occur through consistent participation and application of the tools provided.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY

You agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of all participants within live sessions, group discussions, and community interactions.
Information shared by other participants is to remain private and not shared outside the program environment.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, recordings, materials, and methods shared within The Confidence Code™ are the intellectual property of Takiyah Gettys, Incorporated and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without express written permission.

BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT WAIVER

1. VOLUNTARY PARTICIPATION

You acknowledge that breathwork, movement, and somatic practices may evoke physical, emotional, or psychological responses. You participate voluntarily and assume full responsibility for your experience.

2. CONTRAINDICATIONS

These practices are not appropriate for individuals who are:

• Pregnant

• Living with cardiovascular conditions (e.g., heart disease, high blood pressure)

• Diagnosed with glaucoma, retinal detachment, epilepsy, or osteoporosis

• Recovering from recent surgery or managing acute infectious illness

• Managing major psychiatric conditions or have a history of seizures or stroke

Participants with asthma should consult their physician and bring an inhaler if needed.

3. RELEASE OF LIABILITY

You release and hold harmless Takiyah Gettys and Kinetic Life, Inc. from any and all liability related to your participation in breathwork, movement, or somatic-based practices.
You accept full responsibility for your physical, emotional, and psychological well-being during and after participation.

4. ATTESTATION OF HEALTH

You confirm that you have disclosed any medical, psychological, or physical conditions that may impact your participation, and that you are in good health and capable of engaging safely in these practices.

CONSENT

By submitting payment and/or checking the agreement box at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to the terms of this Participation Agreement and Waiver as a condition of your participation in The Confidence Code™.
