Participant Agreement, Liability Waiver & Terms of Purchase

Event: I Am Her: The Sound of Your Love — 90-Minute Live Activation
Organizer: Takiyah Gettys, Incorporated
Participant: You, the registrant (“you”)

1) Nature of the Experience

This is a live, interactive wellness/education experience integrating breathwork, sound, and gentle movement. It is not medical, psychological, or psychotherapy treatment, nor a substitute for professional care. No diagnoses or outcome guarantees are made.

2) Eligibility & Conduct

Adults 18+ only.
Join from a private, quiet, stationary space (no driving or multitasking).
Be respectful: no harassment, hate speech, or unsolicited pitching. We may remove anyone who violates these agreements without refund.

3) Health, Safety & Contraindications

Participation is voluntary and self-paced. Breathwork/movement may produce sensations (tingling, lightheadedness, emotion release). You agree to slow/modify/stop at any time.
If you have (or suspect) any of the following, consult your licensed provider before participating and proceed gently or do not participate if advised:

Cardiovascular/respiratory conditions (e.g., uncontrolled hypertension, recent cardiac events, COPD/asthma not well-managed)
Epilepsy/seizure history, significant neurological conditions
Glaucoma, retinal detachment, recent surgery, bone/orthopedic instability
Pregnancy or postpartum (especially high-risk; modify breath/intensity)
Severe psychiatric conditions (e.g., psychosis) or current substance use concerns

You are solely responsible for your health decisions during and after the event.

4) Medical & Therapeutic Disclaimer

Organizer and facilitators are not providing medical or mental-health services. If you experience distress, pain, or concerning symptoms, stop immediately and seek appropriate care.

5) Confidentiality & Privacy in the Room

This is a confidential, consent-based space. You agree to not record, screenshot, or disseminate any portion of the event or other participants’ voices/images. Organizer does not provide a replay and will not record without advance written notice and explicit consent.

6) Intellectual Property

All content (audio, scripts, exercises, documents, music playlists, branding) is owned by Organizer and licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. No copying, sharing, teaching, or derivative use without written permission.

7) Technology & Access

You’re responsible for your internet, device, Zoom app, and environment. Access links are unique and not to be shared. No refunds for issues outside Organizer’s control (e.g., your connectivity).

8) Payments, Refunds & Transfers

All sales are final. If you cannot attend, you may transfer your ticket once to a future session within 12 months by emailing [help@kliferevolution.com] at least 24 hours before the event start. No cash refunds.

9) Data & Communications

We collect registration data to deliver the event and follow-up resources. By registering, you consent to receive event emails and optional SMS; you may unsubscribe anytime. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10) Assumption of Risk, Release & Indemnity

You understand and accept all inherent risks of breathwork/movement and voluntarily participate at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release, waive, and hold harmless Organizer, its owners, contractors, and team from any and all claims arising from your participation. You agree to indemnify and defend Organizer against third-party claims resulting from your actions or violations of these terms.

11) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [State/Country]. Venue and exclusive jurisdiction lie in the courts of [County/State], unless the parties agree to arbitration. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

12) Entire Agreement & Updates

These terms constitute the entire agreement for this event and may be updated by posting the latest version before your session.
