As a former member of the USA Lacrosse team and a lifelong lover of movement, Takiyah knows what it feels like to find your people, your game, and your purpose on a court. She also knows what it costs when the body stops cooperating.
With over 20 years of experience in therapeutic kinesiology, corrective exercise, muscle therapy, and nervous system regulation, her approach sits at the intersection of sport performance and holistic body intelligence.
