Before the program begins, every participant takes the Pickle F.I.T.T.™ Field Test — five simple movement assessments that identify your specific gaps. Your results determine where we focus most in your first two weeks.
INSIDE THE 4 WEEKS
2 sessions per week · 60–75 minutes per session · Small group · Maximum 25 participants. Each week builds on the last. By Week 4 you have a complete pre-play, during-play, and post-play system in your body.
A Progressive Arc Built on How the Body Actually Changes.
Movement retraining is not linear. It is layered. Each week adds a new capacity while reinforcing what came before. By Week 4 the foundation, the mobility, the stability, and the sport-specific training are working together as one integrated system.

WEEK 1 · FOUNDATION AUDIT + FOOT INTELLIGENCE |

Session 1: The Field Test — identify your specific gaps and establish your baseline Session 2: Foot intelligence — four-corner activation, ankle mobility, plantar fascia release, proprioceptive training Between: Practice the pre-play sequence daily — time yourself, feel the difference By end of week: You know your specific weak links. The pre-play protocol is in your body. |

WEEK 2 · HIP MOBILITY + DECELERATION FOUNDATIONS |

Session 1: Hip flexor release and glute activation — the primary power generators for every movement on court Session 2: Hip hinge mechanics and deceleration introduction — eccentric loading basics and split step mechanics Between: Integrate hip activation into the pre-play sequence you built in Week 1 By end of week: You can hinge properly. You have begun building deceleration capacity — the injury prevention linchpin. |

WEEK 3 · CORE STABILITY + ROTATIONAL MECHANICS |

Session 1: Diaphragmatic breathing and core activation — the breath before the brace Session 2: Thoracic rotation and rotational power integration — freeing the thoracic spine to do its job Between: Notice how breath and core change your movement on court between sessions By end of week: Breath, core, and rotation are integrated into your movement vocabulary. |

And then I tore my meniscus playing pickleball.
