        🕙 Doors Open: 5 minutes early online and 15 min early in-person

How to Prepare:

  • Bring water, a journal, and a pen

  • Wear comfortable clothes for movement and breathwork

  • Eat lightly if within 2 hours of the event

  • Online: Create a quiet space with a yoga mat or cushion

  • In-Person: Yoga mats, cushions, and ceremonial setup provided (bring your own if you prefer)
