The truth is....Most of us are Over-worked and Under-played. Equally as detrimental, we are under-rested.
It can be challenging to "do all the Self-love things"...

- Sleep well
- Drink enough water
- Seasonal cleanses
- Fasting
- Workout and move our bodies enough to stay healthy
Can you remember the last time you just had fun...just because?
- Played games?
- Played sports?
- Did a stimulating puzzle?
- Learned a new game?
- Created artwork
- Wrote a poem?
- What about that other thing you used to LOVE to do?Â
So, we end up with body pain (emotionally and physically derived), heart-ache with unfulfilled desires and potential while working to keep the things paid for that we barely have time to enjoy.
Wouldn't it be amazing to have the tools, the support and the community space to do the things you need to do AND the things you WANT to do....that serve you the most?
