It's time to De-stress and Reset!

Stress can dim our light. Information overload, grief, and hard things we've experienced in the past but somehow still linger within us keep us stuck, exhausted or feeling like we need something more; more joy, more love, more confidence, more clarity and connection and often more fulfillment. And... sometimes we just need to remember how to feel good again; so we can be more present, productive, motivated and keep a perspective that serves us and those with whom we collaborate. 

 

"The Harmonic Body Experience" is a 2-hour immersive event.

 

It looks like this:

1) Introduction and Intention: Gaining greater awareness of our state, our ability to choose and understanding our flow together
2) Creativity Primer: Play as a Path to Wholeness! 
3) Body Primer: Embody the Elements, Feel Good, Find Balance!
4) Release and Re-pattern: Guided Somatic Breathwork!
5) Integration: Bringing it all together!

 Somatic Breathwork

If a focused Somatic Breathwork Session is preferred over a full creative and movement oriented experience, "Just Breathe" is the perfect choice! This 90-minute session is an embodiment experience in its own right. 
Participants are guided through a process of release and repatterining in a supportive, community environment. Read on for more details.

About Somatic Breathwork

We Move our Breath to clear the body and the mind. We use it to assert our state and connect to life. 
Somatic Breathwork is a therapeutic experience for the whole self. It takes you out of your thinking mind and into your body's electrical network. It lets you release unneeded energy within this network caused by repeating thoughts, feelings, and old narratives by discharging it out through your body. 

The nervous system is designed to adapt to stress by learning new adaptive patterns for our survival. Stress becomes traumatic when we are not able to adequately adapt to a stressor. Stress can be a catalyst for growth when we are able to respond by channeling the energy with intention or harnessing it for creative momentum in an adapted structure.

As we become more technologically advanced, we become more mind-oriented unless we have a practice in place to maintain connection to other aspects of ourselves. This disconnection can be born of trauma and in our everyday lives. Remembering the truth of us and living from our wholeness can be a journey requiring healing modalities to facilitate. The breath is an unmatched and easily accessed tool to assist in this process by releasing energetic blocks, completing unprocessed trauma and creating space to enhance the effectiveness of all other modalities.
We all need a non-judgmental space to depressurize, be encouraged and be appreciated. ...To remember ourselves.
